Prowler Charters Prowler Charters has many different guided fishing trips. With a variety of adventures such as Salmon, Halibut, Bottom Fish, and Tuna. Bandon Dunes Golf Bandon is world renown for it’s amazing golf, with three extraordinary courses that are rated in the top 100 courses in the nation it makes a unforgettable experience. The Sand Dunes The Southern Oregon coast is filled with tons of sand dunes that are a popular recreation area for many people. The sand dunes are any where from half an hour to an hour away depending on which sand dune you choose to go to. For prices and more information go to our links page and pictures. Bandon Safari Adventures Just south of Bandon about 15 minutes is a Safari petting zoo. With a variety of animals ranging from lions,tigers and Bears Oh No! With so many different types of animals your guaranteed to have a great time. For prices and more information go to our links page. City Park & Library The City park is a great place to take the kids, they will enjoy the play equipment, basketball courts, skatepark, BMX track, and softball fields. Right next to the park is the Library. Tennis courts are available a few blocks down at the high school. Directions to park/library then on the left side of the page type in Bandon Library. Crabbing Fresh Crab anyone? At the Docks in Old town Bandon there are crab pots available to rent, all you need is a crabbing license that you can get at the bait shop near the docks. From there you can go to the dock and test your luck. The Elk / Sixes Rivers Talk About Beautiful Scenery and amazing Fishing The Elk and Sixes rivers offer both. These rivers Are National hot spots for winter salmon and steelhead fishing. We went this winter and this trip doesn’t disappoint. Go to Pictures to check out our trip. The Elk / Sixes river is about 30 minutes south of our home which makes for a short drive to some great fishing. Jet Boats An hour South of Bandon flows the majestic Rouge River, with extreme white water rapids, beautiful topography and plenty of wild life to view along the way.
